If you miss anything on the Eurohash homepage, or find faulty information – just add a comment here or to the faulty post.

The comments that are from hashers will be published and available for all hashers to read. We do have to moderate the comments, since we are also getting spam, so it might take a day or two until your comment gets published.

The funny thing about moderating the comments we get is that a comment from “John Smith” is most likely spam, while a comment from “Sex Reject” is the real thing! Anyone that knows of a hash-tuned spam-filter?

Stockholm – Helsinki ferry on Thursday night

 We can now offer an add-on for all that want to travel from Stockholm to Helsinki on Thursday, August 15th. For 50 Euro extra you will get a place in a cabin, plus a dinner buffet with drinks included in the evening and breakfast buffet in the morning.

Tick the “Ferry Stockholm to Helsinki”-box when you register, or if you have already registred send us an e-mail and we will update your registration.

Possibility to pay in SEK opened

For hashers from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and other non-Euro countries – your bank might make it difficult for you to pay in Euro. We have now opened the possibility to pay in Swedish Krona (SEK) instead. Check payment details for more info.

Saturday Night Party Theme

The decision has been made on what theme we’ll have for the Saturday night Party.

And the theme is VIKINGS AND VALKYRIES.

If you don’t know what a Valkyrie is, read on, and if you don’t know how they might have looked, take a peek to the right (all male Hashers have already done so I bet).

The Valkyries was the Aesir god Odin’s servants who’s duty was to select the best warriors from the battlefield and bring them to Valhall on flying horses, where they waited and trained for the final battle during Ragnarok.

Payment status added

If you have paid or bought one of the raffle tickets that counts as a 10 Euro deposit, this information is now visible in the “Who’s cumming” list under Registrations.

Information on how to pay is available under Registrations, Payment details and the price levels are found under The Event, Prices. There are three different price levels depending on how many you want to share the cabin with.

For payment, bank transfer is currently the only available option, and this works really well for everyone with a bank account in Europe. The bank sends me a text message (SMS) the moment there is a new transaction, so it is usually a quick process to update the payment status once the money has been transferred.

100 hashers have registred!

More than 2 years to go and already 100 hashers have registred for Eurohash 2013!

If you haven’t registred yet, don’t worry there is still plenty of places. The absolute limit to Eurohash 2013 is 2.500 hashers = the number of beds on-board the Baltic Queen. Looking at the more practical side of things we are aiming for around 500 hashers at the event – this is also the seating capacity in the largest restaurant on-board.

Did you buy one of the raffle tickets?

If you met us during the last part of our bid campaign you had the chance to buy one of the raffle tickets that was both a chance to win a luxury cabin on-board (I’m a little teapot, Marmite and Polly are the lucky winners) and a first 10 Euro downpayment toward the registration fee.

I just sent out a confirmation to all raffle ticket holders to the e-mail addresses you scribbled down on the little paper ticket when buying the raffle ticket.  Only five failed! I didn’t have any mail address for Clark Kent, Red Carpet and Thunderpiss. The one from Pollocks I couldn’t decipher and Buzz Lightyear’s bounced. Just register and we will have all the details!
