When do I need to pay?

“When do I need to pay?” is one of the most frequent questions we get. The answer is: latest on December 31st, 2012 if you want to pay the lowest price.

What it will cost you if you pay later has been decided and is available on the Prices page. Basically, on January 1st 2013 we raise the prices a little, as an incentive for you to pay before the end of 2012. On May 1st 2013 we raise the prices a lot, expecting very few new registrations after that date. And August 1st 2013 is the very last date to register and pay.

We will be sending out reminders to all that have registrered but not paid well in time for the cut-off dates.

Park Inn, our hotel in Tallinn

Park Inn by Radisson is the hotel we have chosen for Friday night in Tallinn, Estonia. Here is a picture of the standard double room:

We were in Tallinn last weekend and stayed at the hotel and can confirm the rooms looks just like on the picture. Nothing fancy, but nice clean rooms with comfy beds.

Eco-friendly showers (means normal water pressure is quite low, but you can get a boost by pushing the handle upwards) and large selection for breakfast.

Location is really good, both to/from the ferry and the pub crawl in Tallinn Old Town. Outside the hotel there is plenty of parking space for buses to go to the trails on Saturday.

Did you sign up for Thursday night ferry or not?

If you can’t remember if you have signed up for the Thursday night ferry from Stockholm to Helsinki, check the “Who’s cumming”-list. It’s just been updated with a Yes/No column for the ferry.

And if you need help remembering if you paid the extra money for the ferry or not, “partially paid” in the Payment status column means you have paid for the main event but not yet for the ferry. Except for Cosmo from Munich H3, but he’s a special case ;-)

Comments are welcome!

If you miss anything on the Eurohash homepage, or find faulty information – just add a comment here or to the faulty post.

The comments that are from hashers will be published and available for all hashers to read. We do have to moderate the comments, since we are also getting spam, so it might take a day or two until your comment gets published.

The funny thing about moderating the comments we get is that a comment from “John Smith” is most likely spam, while a comment from “Sex Reject” is the real thing! Anyone that knows of a hash-tuned spam-filter?
